In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until combined. In a small bowl, mix together the two types of chocolate chips. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
Add the flour, salt, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice to the wet mixture and mix until all the flour is well incorporated and batter is once again smooth.
Sift in the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking, soda, and salt.
Divide the batter between the two pans. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and stir until just combined; don't overmix. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil.
