Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies
Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Lightly grease (or line with parchment) two baking sheets.
Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt), mix into the dough. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in the flour, then the chocolate chips and nuts.
Mix flour with baking soda and salt; set aside.
Combine dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Similarly, pull your eggs from the fridge a few hours ahead of time, or, if you forget, place them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Add into the wet ingredients, then beat on low speed until combined.
