Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add dry to wet until just combined ( do not overmix ).
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt then mix into batter. This healthy recipe featuring four ingredients can be taken for breakfast or as a dessert. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips.
Stir in the banana mixture until just blended.
Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the mixture in a few strokes, then add the oatmeal and the chocolate chips.
Mix in cooking oil, milk, and bananas. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips into a large bowl. Add both kinds of chocolate chips.
