Cake In A Cup. Stir the water and cake mix together to form a batter. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla.
With a fork, gently stir until the batter no longer has lumps. Then microwave it for ten more seconds. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Smash it together with your fingers for a few seconds (until firm).
Allow cake to cool slightly before eating.
Cook's note: Woolworths liquid egg is perfect for measuring the correct amount of egg for this recipe. Stir in applesauce, vanilla (just a tiny bit, we're talking drops), flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt; stirring until just combined. Put all ingredients in a large mug and mix well.
