Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Combine the egg, brown sugar, pumpkin, milk, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
In a medium sized bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Coat regular-sized muffin molds with cooking spray. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and salt to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and water until well blended. Mixture will be a bit lumpy.
