Click on any shape, drag it onto the editor, and drop it in for placement.
Go to the Insert tab > Illustration > Shapes > Flowchart > select a shape > click at the top of the spreadsheet to add. Head over to the "Insert" tab and then click the "SmartArt" button. Decide what you want to include.
